At Kelsea Green Speech, we are dedicated to offering accessible and high-quality assessment and therapy services.

Funding Options

  • Kelsea Green Speech Pathology is not a registered NDIS provider, but clients with self-managed or plan-managed funds can use their NDIS funding for our services. Families pay upfront and claim costs back from NDIS. We provide all necessary documentation for your claims.

  • Certain speech pathology services are eligible for Medicare rebates under programs such as the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. Speak with your GP about obtaining a referral.

  • Some Private Health Care funds and policy may be eligible to claim a rebate for Speech Pathology assessment and therapy services. Contact your Private Health Care provider to find out more information.

  • Various state and federal programs in Australia provide financial assistance for speech pathology services. We can help you explore these options.

How to Access Funding

  1. Contact Us: Discuss your funding options with our office and let us assist you in navigating the complexities of funding.

  2. Referral: Obtain a referral from your GP if necessary, especially for Medicare or certain government programs.

  3. Plan Your Therapy: Schedule your initial consultation and discuss your funding and therapy program with our team.

  4. Submit Claims: We provide the necessary documentation to submit claims to your funding body, ensuring you receive your entitled benefits.

  • We reserve dedicated time for your child’s sessions. If you can’t make an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to find alternative options to keep their progress on track.

  • Please provide at least two business days before the appointment notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
